入札のための登録は無料です。 返金可能な入札保証金を申し受ける場合があります。
オークションはすべてアンリザーブド方式です
出展されたアイテムは、すべてオークション当日に最高入札価格をつけた入札者に売却されます。最低入札価格や最低落札価格はありません。 アイテムの所有者がオークションに委託したアイテムへ入札することは禁止されています。 入札は最終入札であり、取り消し不能です。 お客様が最高入札価格をつけ、オークショニアーがアイテムが売却されたことをアナウンスした時点で、お客様がそのアイテムの新しい所有者になります。
すべてのアイテムが「現状有姿」の状態で販売されます
オークション当日に入札を行う前にオークション会場を訪れて、購入をお考えのアイテムを検品されることをお勧めします。 お客様ではなく、代理の方に検品を行っていただいても構いません。
購入者手数料
入札前に当社の購入者手数料をご確認ください。
お支払いと搬出について
購入されたアイテムは、オークション当日から7日以内に全額お支払い下さい。現金でのご購入はできません。ご購入された時と同じアカウントでお支払いください。お支払いが(税金・管理手数料を含む)全額完了するまで購入されたアイテムをオークション会場から搬出することはできません。リッチーブラザーズが該当するアイテムの権利書を提供できない場合、購入者は機械の返品ならびに購入金額の全額払い戻しを求めることができます。

Notice to Foreign Buyers: Farmland
Farmland in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba is subject to restrictions on foreign ownership. Interested parties must obtain proper legal advice prior to bidding.
Notice to Canadian Buyers
Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on applicable items purchased at Saskatchewan auctions. GST registrants may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit for GST paid,click here for general eligibility rules.
Saskatchewan Sales Tax of 5% is payable on all purchases unless proper tax exemption forms are completed on the day of sale.
Notice to Foreign Buyers
Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be added to the purchase price of all applicable items. Goods arranged for export by the buyer from Canada with a third-party carrier and accompanied with appropriate documentation will be refunded the GST. In addition, services provided by Ritchie Bros. (such as the administrative fee) will not be subject to GST.
Saskatchewan Sales Tax of 5% is payable on all purchases unless proper tax exemption forms are completed on the day of sale. Purchases in Canada are payable in Canadian funds. Custom House Currency Exchange may assist with foreign currency transactions. They can be contacted at 1.800.350.6001
Title and Registration Certificates
Items purchased that require a Title or Registration Certificate must be paid for by cash or certified check on the day of the auction; otherwise, all Titles and Registration Certificates will be mailed to the purchaser seven (7) banking days after payment is received.
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel engines) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or one of the brokers listed below.
