Australia's Live Unreserved EOFY Auction

How it works

Step 1: Register to Bid

  • In Person:

Visit our registration area on-site during inspection days or on auction day. Our team will get you set up with a bidder number and lanyard.

  • Online:

Log in at rbauction.com.au, register for the auction in advance, and receive your bidder number digitally.

NOTICE TO AUSTRALIA RESIDENT CUSTOMERS: After creating your account, please do not enter your credit card details, simply close your browser. We will make sure to activate your registration and grant you a bidding limit within 2 hours of your request.

Step 2: How to Bid – Live or Online

  • On-Site:

Raise your hand when you're ready to bid. A bid catcher will relay your bid to the auctioneer.

  • Online:

Click the “Bid Now” button to place your bid in real time. Online bids are tracked and relayed to the auctioneer live.

Step 3: Choice & Linked Items

  • When similar items are grouped together, the highest bidder gets to choose which units they want at the winning price—one, multiple, or all.

  • If not all items are taken, the next highest bidder has the chance to purchase at the same price. If they pass, bidding starts again.

Step 4: Priority Bidding

  • Submit your maximum bid in advance using Priority Bidding.

  • Contact our customer service team for help with setting it up.

Step 5: Winning and Equipment Pickup

  • Winning bidders will receive an invoice after the auction.

  • Payment is by wire transfer only.

  • Our team will be on-site to help with release and collection of equipment.
