Our annual spring auction in Edmonton, AB, Canada is traditionally one of our biggest unreserved public auctions each year, and this year is no exception. With more than 13,000 equipment items and trucks – and more still to be added – the
May 3-8 online-only auction is shaping up to be a monster of an event.
This auction is being conducted 100% online, but the site is open for in-person equipment inspections along with a variety of ways to inspect virtually and multiple ways to bid online.

Inspecting equipment at Edmonton
Buyers have several options for inspecting equipment this year.

Ritchie Bros. website: Our site will be open for pre-auction inspection, but please be aware that we are employing strict social distancing protocols, and the number of people allowed in the yard may be limited in full compliance with local government regulations. With the auction 100% online, buyers have multiple, convenient options for bidding. It's free to register and bid online – there are no fees for this service. Successful buyers – regardless of whether bidding onsite or online - will be required to pay a buyer transaction fee.
